Sensitization of NGAOs on BETA and World Bank Funded Projects

The planned county-level meetings will focus on strengthening coordinated communication, monitoring, and evaluation in support of the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA). The forums will bring together county governments, national agencies, and regional stakeholders to build a shared understanding of BETA priorities, harmonise messaging, and standardise M&E tools for consistent and accurate implementation of government programmes at the local level. The meetings are designed to foster cohesive, multi-agency county teams capable of clearly articulating government commitments, tracking implementation progress, and communicating tangible results to citizens. By aligning communication strategies with programme delivery and impact monitoring, the forums will enhance information flow between technical teams and communities, strengthen public trust, and ensure that government interventions translate into visible, citizen-centred outcomes across counties.
